well if you dedicate all 30 minutes to 1 type of exercise, you get more results!. But since you're working out for a shorter amount of time, I suggest you work out harder for those 30 minutes than you would for a longer time!.
Ex!. if you run for 30 minutes, slowly pick up your pace until you are almost at a sprint, and then take it back down instead of running at the same pace for 30 minutes!.

Depends what your targeting and what you want to achieve, for most women, weight is the goal

I would say, 5 minutes of stretching, 15 minutes of jogging, 5 minutes of lifting weights, then the last 5 minutes do some more stretching!. (stretching helps prevent injuries, but you probably already know that, haha)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think the best thing is either a brisk walk or run, (run preferably) for about 25 min!.!.!. then do some muscle toning things for the last little bit!.!.!.!.but running is more important because its cardioWww@Answer-Health@Com
