Answers:
Remember "toning" is a myth so to speak!. You have two options!. You already have good muscle shape but its being covered by some stubborn fat!. To get your definition to show you just need to lose the fat!. It's not complicated you just have to put in the effort with a low fat, diet and good cardiovascular work outs 6 days a week 45 min to and hour each day!. If you need to build some muscle to get shape first then like the above poster said, crunches, squats, leg lift are all good options!. Maybe a basic weight lifting or resistance band routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

always go out!.
make yourself perspire!.
coz' hotness in streets and perspiration may help you!.!.
burn the baby fats!.
diets!?eat frequently with a small amount only and remove rice!.!.
4 example: now is 3:00pm you are eating bread!.!.eat only 2 slices!.!.later 3:30pm eat hotdog!.!.later 4:10pm eat egg!.!.

Run a lot, sweat a lot!. A good helper is wearing a lot of clothes!. For example, now that it is summer time, wear a sweatshirt when you run!. But be sure to have plenty of water!.

Diet wise, decrease your carbohydrate and calorie intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
