Do fruits/vegetables have calories or like fat?

in general, vegetables are very low calorie foods and contain good amounts of fiber, and vitamins, which make them great for dieting. fruits on the other hand, do contain more calories than veggies, while they are still healthy choices of foods, the sugars found in fruits are something to be concious of if your main goal is weight loss. a couple pieces of fruit per day is fine but like anything else, all in moderation. neither fruits or veggies contain fat, but if you are taking in too many calories per day, you will gain weight.
