Do you take your lunch to work/school...?!

I always bring my lunch to school its so much healthier!. I'm going into my senior year in high school and have never bought a lunch from my school (i have been there since 7th grade)!. I have seen so many gross things come out of the lunches and the people who prepare them aren't the cleanest!. Its pretty gross!. I def!. agree with you that you know whats in your food when you pack it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I do not take my lunch to school or neither buy it since we only get 15 minutes break, and I'm not fast eater! I need to chew my food well before I swallow since I do not have a Gallbladder to help me digest solid food easily, so it takes some time!.!.!.anyways, you only get the full pleasure when you take time and and eat while enjoying every bit of the food!.
When I return home, I would eat up the whole refrigerator!
lol!.!.!.it was difficult at the beginning since I used to get hungry!.!.!.but now my stomach's used to it!.
