I want to try yogo but im really not bendy?!


Question: I want to try yogo but im really not bendy!?
if they anything else i could try

you doent have to be "bendy" to do yoga!. If you arent as flexible you usually begin in the begginer level and you gradually move up!. Afterall, the whole point of yoga is to gain flexibility, so in most cases when people begin yoga they do it to become flexible!. Give it a try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

umm its actually Yoga lol not yogo
but i mean when u start off your not gonna be that flexible but over time u'll become more flexible and used to it!.

there is also pilates to try!.
IDK exactly what your trying to get out of it, physical or mental exercise cause u could just meditate!.

just try it, yogo will make you more flexible, just don't push yourself incredibly hard on the first few weeks of it so you don't hurt yourself!. But if you stick with it you will become flexible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its really not about flexibility of course that helps but its really about getting intouch with the notions of the earth and feeling at peace with your self and everything else!.
