How much are burned?

Over the summer i want to loose some weight so i'm doing push-ups, crunches, thigh thinners, and i do like indoor jogging for like 15 minutes..i just stand in one spot and lift my legs..basically i sweat alot it makes me feel great, to be honest...um...how many calories do i burn though? cause i don't know and i would like to know..how much do i burn in 15 or 20 minutes?

Listen, the only way your really going to see results in terms of weight loss is to do cardio. 15 minutes is nothing, in 15 minutes, all you will burn is the sugar in your blood, you wont really even burn fat, you need to do at least 45 min to an hour 5x a week of cardio. And on top of that, you need to cut down your calories bigtime.
