Weight and diet?

Is it possible that i Lost weight only by watching calories and eating healthier foods.Also at my job I am always standing an walking around,can that help? Other than that i dont do much physical activity and managed to loose about 15 pouds. Though i Lost about 5 because one day i had bad diherria and never gained it back .


Answers:

It is possible, but it is always a good idea to throw in a little exercise whenever possible. Basic rule is to burn more calories than you take in. Figure this out and you will better be able to manage your weight.
