How can I lose 15 kg in a month's time?!
Question: How can I lose 15 kg in a month's time!?
My 21st birthday is in August, and I want to lose 15kg by then!. Is there any possible way that I can do it!? And how would I go about doing it!? Also can anyone give me tips on losing tummy fat pronto!? Cause situps don't seem to work!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok obviously you want to loose fat, not weight!. Remember, fat contributes very little to you body mass!.
I suggest:
1!.Drink lots of water!. Atleast 8 cups a day
2!. Sleep atleast 8 hours a day
3!. Run or powerwalk for 30 mins everyday
4!. Eat very healthy!. What ever you , DO NOT GO ON A DIET!
Sit ups only make your abs stronger!. You have to delete your whole body's fat altogether to have any results!. Running and powerwalking is the best option and in about 1 month, u'll see the difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some good advice above!. However do realise that your goal is very ambitious and to lose 15 kgs in one month is going to be very challenging!.
I would suggest that you will have to exercise at least an hour but probably more a day!. Power-walking, cycling or swimming are best!. The idea is to raise metabolic rate significantly and to do that you need to raise your heart rate to 75~80% of max for your age for long periods of time!. A good way to judge is that if you are sweating - you're toning, if you're not then you are burning fat!.
* Make a goal and write it down and track your performance against the goal!.
* Drink plenty of water - no sweets drinks or alcohol!.
* Don't eat saturated fats
* No snacking & eating between meals
* Eat fresh vegetables and fruit
* Reduce meat intake and better to use lean white meat!.
* Make breakfast the biggest meal of the day but healthy fruits and plain cereals
* Exercise before breakfast if possible!.
Good luck - you are going to need a lot of self discipline
