Follow these steps:
1!. Stretch 5 minutes into your workout, not before
2!. Stretch immediately after your workout
3!. Use ice gel packs to ice your sore spots
4!. While icing, put your sore muscles above your heart (prop up on pillows) so that the lactic acid will run off them
5!. Take ibuprofen (the recommended amount ONLY)
6!. After icing on and off (10 min on, 5 min off) for an hour, take a hot bath
7!. Sleep
8!. Take a day off or a lighter workout every other day

after you exercise don't just sit down and watch tv or whatever, keep on moving and make it a more gradual stop!. also don't stop working out because you hurt, stick to your routine and your body will adjust!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
