my sister who is 14 is stick think and my 9 year old bro is too!. its rely annoying bcuz im 13 and i feel lk the fat one of the family!. ok well im not tht fat (i hope) but i am thin all over but i have rolls of fat on my stomach and its annoyin cuz my sis always wears bikinis but i dont cuz i look bad in 'em!. well anyway, what is a good way to burn all of these gross rolls of fat on my tummy!? i am pretty active tday i went on a 10 mile bike ride but im not lk this anyway!. whay r some rely good ways to burn belly fat!!?! tnxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok, first really lay off junk food, it is nasty for you and gives you tons of unhealthy fat!. Do sit ups everyday, it will increase your stomache musles and not only will you lose the fatty parts, but youll get abs of steel! Also try doing kruches and lifting weights! But dont go on a drastic diet! Those are terrible for you! I beleive if you follow my tips, you'll be able to wear those bikinis in no time! Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
its because all your life you worked out everything else in yuor body except your stomach, so when you were gaining weight you didnt gain it in the other areas just in your stomach!. So just do some chrunches and pilates and youll get rid of that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
