Can someone help me lose weight?!


Question: Can someone help me lose weight!?
I'm 14 years old, and I weigh 165 pounds!. I've lost about 5 pounds!. I'm relatively short!.

Can anybody give me some help on how to lose some more!? My only materials at the time are two ten pound weights!. There is no gym nearby, and if there was I couldn't go anyway!. Also, I'm more interested in losing the weight than getting big muscles!. I don't like how women look with huge muscles, it looks gross to me!. I just want to be skinny, and a little toned!.

My worst areas are my stomach, thighs, and arms!.

Dieting advice and help with a good workout would be appreciated!. I want to lose some weight over the summer, and I'm moving to Texas and going to a new school, and I want a new start, weight-wise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it's long, but trust me, it's the best way to loose weight!.!.!. and I don't feel like typing it again!

Two ten pound weights are enough!. You do not need heavy weights to be toned!. To begin with, you mainly need to do cardio workouts - riding bike, running, jumping jacks, jogging, etc!.
For your stomach, do crunches!. I mean a LOT of crunches!. When my boyfriend was trying to loose weight from his heaviest he was doing at least 200 a day!. It's boring, but it works!.
For your thighs, do squats!. Again, a LOT of them!. These will probably hurt you the most!.!.!. they will make it hard to climb stairs and walk for the first few days!. Lunges also help as well as riding bike and climbing stairs!.
For your arms, use the weights!. I'm putting a link to some arm exercises in the source box - just mimic what those guys are doing with your weights!. Because your weights are only 10lbs you will not get big ugly muscles!.

Talk to your doctor!. They will be able to give you the best advice!. Everything that I've suggested I've done as an adult, and you are still growing, so you need to make sure it's healthy for you!. Try and start running/walking for at least half an hour per day!. increase the time you do each day by about a minute!. That will build up, and you will be burning body fat and toning when you run!. And for dieting, cut own on junk food and fizzy drinks, just drink plenty of water eat 5 fruit and veg portions a day and you'll be fit before you know it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. Stay away from sugar and starches, or at least cut down!. Drink 8 glasses of water throughout the tea!. Drink green tea it is supposed to increase your metabolism!. Excercise at least 30 minutes a day!. Count your calories!. Go to the following site to help lose weight by counting calories:

HI I'm also 14 i have lost 10lbs b eating right and and exercising!.Cardio helps alot just go out side your house and run!.But start off slow and build up it will be hard at first!.With the weights just do a couple a day not a lot you'll bulk up!!

You need to eat healthy!.

Whole-grain bread, vegetables, fruit, nuts, low-fat dairy, lean meat etc!. You'll feel so much better!.

Do some jogging, biking, walking!. =) that kind of stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What about a dance class or something like that!? Crunches will help your stomach & also strenghthen it drink alot of water and maybe jog or even walk everyday eat lots of veggies & fruits NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO junk food!!!!! Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

First, it's a misconception that a woman can get big muscles easily!. Dont think if U swing a coupla 10 lb wts around once or twice a week, youll look like Arnold!. Women do not have the hormonal makeup to get large muscles easily and even for men it takes a lot of hard work few are willing to put in!. I say this, because weight training is THE best way to burn fat & lose weight, believe me!. And I hear all the time just what Ur saying!. But with only 2, dont worry about it!.
U need to eat right!. If U can, NO junk food-candy, soda, McDonalds-anything processed, that is, with a label U cant understand!. (But if U slip once in a while, dont let it discourage you!.)
Frsh fruit & veggies!. Lean meat-chicken,fish,tuna, cottage cheese, fatfree milk, yogurt!.
DONT SKIP MEALS!. Eat small meals every 2,3 hours!. And drink a LOT of water!. Sip all day!.
At the link U can find Ur calorie needs!. You need to eat less than U need to lose!. And a good trick is to eat way low for a few days & then bump it up by a 1000 cals or so!. This way your body wont get used to a certain calorie level!.

Jog/walk/run/jump rope/ride a bike for cardio!. At least a 1/2 hour a day 5,6 times a week!. Build up to it!.
