Question: Does this sound like healthy meal plan today!?
ok, does this sound like a healthy eating plan!?
So far I've eaten:
Breakfast: -Oatmeal + banana
(workout for 2 hrs)
Lunch: Salmon sushi + blueberry peach fruit salad
Snack: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 banana
(workout for 1 hr)
For dinner, I'm going to eat: some grilled chicken + lettuce
Oh and I drank 1 glass of OJ in the morning, but otherwise just water

You seem to work out alot!. I don't thing you are eating enough calories to support your working out habits!. Try having another snack 2 hours before bed!. But what you have eaten sounds really good, just keep it up, and be sure to have variety from day to day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
why 3 hours of excersising!?! The food choices look good, but if youre working out that much, you may need to consume more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
