Building Width on the Bicep?!


Question: Building Width on the Bicep!?
What are some exercises that can add width to the upperarm!? From the frontal view!. Basically my forearms are starting to get bigger but my upper arms width is still pretty much staying the same, atm I pretty much only have dumbbells any help appreciatedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get bigger bones!. That's the only way you could increase the width of your biceps!. Your frame determines how wide your arm is going to be!. You can only change the hardness and "height" of your biceps muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Glazy got it!. That is a genetic factor you canot change!. Thats not to say it won't get wider as the muscle grows overall but proportionately it will take on the same shape that it is now!. You cannot do certain exercises to hit a different part of the biceps (contrary to popular belief)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Glazy S is right!. If you want that athletic look, then you're bicep width is going to be whatever it wants to be!. Now you could get bigger biceps by being a heck of a lot fatter!. But I don't think the ladies would appreciate your increased belly width!. And if she does complain, dump her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
