Question: How can I, a 14 year old girl, lose weight!?
Hello,
I am 14 and I am 5'4 feet tall!.!.I weigh 128 pounds!. 128!
unfortunately, i am also growing right now so a crash diet would not allow me to grow!.
how can i lose weight in the shortest amount of time!?
plz don t just tell me to exercise a lot and eat little!.
how should i exercisE!? what should i eat(dont say veggies and healthy!.!.!.be more specific plz)!.

hon, you are perfectly healthy! embrace it and be comfortable with who you are!. you don't need to lose ANY weight!.

pleeeeeeasee don't go on any dangerous diets, or any diets for that matter!. you're only fourteen! be happy and healthy and satisfied with who you are!. there's nothing you need to change!.

you could starve yourself or cut off a limb, that would lose plenty of weight!. However if you want to be healthy, then you know exactly what to do!. You stated it in your opening question!. CARDIO and EATING HEALTHY!. You can add light weight training in aswell, remember muscle burns fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well thats exactly what you're suppose to do, excercise and eat more healthy!. Sounds like you already know what to do but you're too lazy and want a short cut!. The only other way is to starve yourself but thats only if you're an idiot!. Just eat three meals a day the size of your fist!. Fish and white meat is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise, do lots of cardio like taking walk longs, riding your bike, swimming, etc!.

Also drink LOTS & LOTS of water and eat healthy!
It's also good to chew gum, it helps you think less of food :]
