I haven't been hungry..?!


Question: I haven't been hungry!.!.!?
I usually eat a LOT!.
[I'm skinny if it matters!.!.!.]
But earlier this week, I was craving certain foods, yeserday I wasn't hungry for anthing at all, and I've hardly eaten anything all day today, & I've been really active!.
Is this normal!? Should I be worried!?

sometimes the body craves certain foods because of the votimens it has!. You may have been depleting your vitimens which proves for he food craving!. Also with large ammounts of food you could be burning the calories!. So you are digesting right now!. Get ready for a big meal your going to be really hungry!. I don't know where you live, but if it is really hot and humid, it could be putting a damper on your hunger!. I know all I want to do is drink water and non-carbonated beverages in the humid weather!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That exercise is probably the answer!. When you excercise, it makes you alot less hungry!. I have no clue why but that happens to alot of people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes if you eat things with certain vitamins that take long to digest like protein, you won't be hungry for a while!. Or you could've eaten to much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When its hot out our appetites are less!. Eat small meals even if you are not hungry and drink water so you don't get dehydrated!. This doesn't sound abnormal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well maybe you ate to much the day before!. its normal not to be hungry all the time!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
