what are some healthy snacks one can eat during the afternoons?


Answers:

Fruits and vegetables are very good snacks.
Crackers and pretzels are also good, but you have to remember that those have lots of carbs, so don't eat to many.
Yogurt is also a good snack and it is filling. Just watch out for the ones with lots of sugar.

SUGAR IS BAD!!! Try to avoid it as much as possible.

Stay away from fried and fatty foods, like candy or chips.

Although organic foods are more expensive, they are alot more healthy, and they taste alot better. Try getting organic foods when you have a chance.

One of my favorite snacks my mom used to make are healthy shakes. Instead of using icecream you either used lowfat milk or yogurt. Use fresh inseason fruit. You'll be amazed how good it is.
