Question: Healthy Day so far!?
I'm a 16 year old vegetarian girl trying to lose weight and here's what I've had so far!. Tonight we might have stir fry, with veggies!.
Breakfast: Red!. fat organic milk, Blueberry muffin, 10 strawberries
Snack: Fiber One bar and one DanActive Yogurt
Lunch: Grilled Cheese and a couple fries

why are you eating 2 fiber one bars in one day!? limit it to one fiber one bar!.
don't do grilled cheese, instead maybe a wrap (whole wheat tortilla) with lettuce, tomatoe, black beans, rice, bell peppers!.

Sounds alright!.!.!. i think you need to cut out the blueberry muffin that you have for breakfast and the grilled cheese (do you know how fattening cheese is!?) that you have for lunchWww@Answer-Health@Com
