Easy quick energy before a workout?!


Question: Easy quick energy before a workout!?
I have to leave for cheer in about half an hour,
is there anything I could do in that time to get my energy level up!? didn't have that great of rest last night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

simple carbs are best for quick energy so stuff like fruit is the best a banana or apple berries w/ whipped cream stuff like that peanut butter crakers are good yogurt ceral and milk a granola bar protein bar!.!.!.there are many thingsWww@Answer-Health@Com

A banana, a small yogurt, or one of those sports/protein bars would all work well!.

There's no real replacement for a good night's rest, though!. You'll still feel groggy/your reflexes will be slow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
