A healthy diet and exercise is the only way - and you would lose 20lbs by the end of August!. You have no wiggle room or slip up room at all if you want to meet the goal though!.

You also need to be doing at least 1 hour of cardio per day!. Since it's summer, I always recommend heaps of swimming as it's a wonderful full body exercise that will build a good amount of muscle as well!. Running, jogging, brisk walking, jump rope, dancing, and bicycling (stationary, outside, or spinning class) are also amazing!.
