How can I get out of "starvation mode"?!


Question: How can I get out of "starvation mode"!?
For the last year or so I've been trying to eat healthier, but I think I've taken it too far!. I have kind of developed an eating disorder, in a way!. On a daily basis, I am only consuming around 900 calories, sometimes less than that!. I am a 14 year old guy, and I know that this number is extremely low for someone like me!. I am just afraid to eat more calories becuase I don't wanna gain any weight!. Does anyone have any suggestions for me or ways I can eat more without gaining weight!? you can't just start eating a bunch more calories all at once!.!.!.!.!.increase your calorie intake slowly, move up to 1,000 per day for 1 week, then increase to 1,100 the second week and so on!.!.!.keep an eye on your weight and as long as it stays stable, continue to add 100 calories each week!.!.!.!.!.when you see that you gain a couple of pounds, you will then know how many calories you can consume and still maintain your weight!.!.!.!.then if you still need to increase your calorie intake, you will need to add more exercise to burn off the additional calories that you are eating!.!.!.GOOD LUCK!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, you're too good to put yourself through that!. I know you don't believe me, because I know how those things go!. Honestly, if you want to not be hungry, you have to eat!. Regardless!. What I do is, (though it may not sound so tasty) I just eat plain lettuce!. Bowls and bowls full!. Because a full head of lettuce only has around forty calories!. And it feels like you're eating a buttload, when in actuality you're just eating a bunch of leaves, basically!. (Since I'm a vegetarian, it wasn't as hard as I'm making this sound) But please, for the sake of your friends, for the sake of your family, for the sake of YOURSELF, try to get some help about this!. Actually you should work your way back up to a 2000 calorie per day diet!. Add like 100 calories a week, so that your metabolism can catch up to what you are eating!. Also if you were to exercise more you would require more calories to replace the ones you burned!. Just take it slow and don't go straight back into a regular diet or you may gain unwanted weight!. But you do need to eat more, what you are doing right now isn't healthy either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Man don't start yourself that's about as low as low can get!. if people are maing fun of you for being overweight and you starve yourself, you are only hurting yourself and for what!? For who!? buthole people who don't care about you anyway!? Don't starve yourself because of others!. on average a person you're age eats 2100 calories a day, or is SUPPOSED to so you have nothing to worry about!. And when you are really swrawny it doesn't even look that good so just eat enough!. As long sas you don't eat a ton of junk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you start eating more try working out more!.
that way you wont get "fatter" you will gain muscle!.
