Hello,
When school starts I need to loose weight and eat healthier!.
This is what I need help with:
What to eat for breakfast:
What to eat for lunch:
What to eat for dinner:
Exspeically what kind of excersise can i do!? oh i cant go to gym
Please help

Well, I am starting a new site, http://dietingfortherealworld!.blogspot!.c!.!.!. I haven't posted anything yet really but each week or everyother week I will start a diet that I find on the internet and post how well it works, how healthy it is, and if overall is a good choice!. I will post facts, tips, pictures, ideas, meal plans, and what does and doe not work!.

I will start by saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day so don't skip it! It is suggested that eating 'dinner' at breakfast and 'breakfast' at dinner will promote a healthy metabolism!. This is because if we are eating a chicken breats, 2 cups of veggies and about 1/2 cup of starch like brown rice we will have the energy and calories we need to make it through the day AND you burn it off during the day, if you eat a big meal at night and dont work out then you will just absorb and store all the fats as energy!. It is okay to eat a bowl of cereal at night with skim milk as dinner with a bowl of fruit!.

For lunch pack some veggies along with maybe a sandwhich made with one piece of bread cut in half with some turkey slices and a piece of cheese!. Cheese is higher in calories but it is very important to have atleast 2 servings of dairy a day because it provides calcium which helps protect your bones!.
Also, a good snack for about 2 hours after breakfast would be about 10 whole almonds, celery with peanut butter, or some carrots or a half of a large banana!.

Always eat your veggies and fruits! They provide prowerful antioxidants to your body!.

Always drink atleast 64 oz of water a day or eight 8oz glasses!.

You will want to avoid fruits actually, they contain a lot of sugar!. Also avoid pasta as a source of grains, it is most easily turned to fat in the body!. If you feel you need a snack, try going for a walk instead, sometimes you will find you're not hungry, but bored!. I recently found I could lose a lot of weight eating celery, because it gives less calories than it takes to chew it!. Overall just focus on eating a little less than you normally would!.

You're life shouldn't depend on it by the way, if it's because you get made fun of in school then I can relate!. But if it's cause your in danger from being overweight, then yes you should lose weight!.

My last bit of advice is, don't do a huge change to your diet, it's okay to have a little something once in a while, it can be a huge stress relief and it won't do much damage to your body!. Just don't overdo it, moderation and discipline is the most important thing in a diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lunch- tuna on whole wheat bread, cup of broccoli (or your favorite veggies
Dinner- turkey with lite gravy, small sweet potato, small salad
snacks- cup of low fat milk
apple (or any fruit of your choice)

Since you cannot go to the gym you can still do cardio, like runing aroung the block, jump rope, swim, pushups, situps etc!.!.!.etc!.!.!.

Eat a KING breakfast ( big) and lunch eat a QUEEN way ( medium) and at dinner eat as a Pauper, I changed nothing except like I wrote, I have lost 30 lbs do it you will see for yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more fruits and vegetables!.

Eat less meat!.

Drink fruit juice as a substitute to pop!.

Even if you do not go to the gym, you can still find time to exercise!. You can go for a walk once and a while or play your favorite sports with friends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
