Question: Losing 20 pounds heallthiliy in 2 months!?
i am 13 i wiegh 131 pounds and im 5foot2

i want to lose 20 pounds before i go back to school can someone give me a excersise plan and a what things i should eat and what to stay away from!. i dont drink soda and i have been walking with my mom 2 1/2 mile a day !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, no soda is a great idea!. You may also want to cut out cheese and butter or anything else that's like all fat and you don't even like too much!.
Walking like that is great! You'll be more in shape before long, and when 2 1/2 m gets easy you might want to try and walk even more!.
Eat between 2500 and 3000 calories a day, depending on how active you were that day!.
Don't eat three meals a day, and DO NOT eat before bed!.
Try eating several small meals every 2-3 hours!. (At least a snack) This works because then your body has time to digest and burn off your calories throughout the day - yet you're still maintaining the healthy amount of calories!.
You may want to go online and find a body-type quiz for more information on what not to eat and what to eat!.
For example, for my body type I'm supposed to eat more peanut butter and less of certain kinds of foods so I can boost my motabalism!. However, my mom isn't supposed to eat peanut butter or chicken or any meat!.!.!. She's got to eat lots of fish though!.

SO, in general, exercise as much as you can every day!. Try and do more tomarrow than you did today!. Try and do even more the next day!. Keep going like that!.
Stomach crunches (a!.k!.a!. sit-ups) are also SUPER for losing fat around your stomach!.
Dancing is also REALLY great!.!.!. it burns fat from every part of your body!.
Running will also burn fat from most parts of your body!.
Swimming is AMAZING!!! Did you know that if you were to swim from one end of a lap pool to another, you're getting the same amount of fat burned as you would running EIGHT TIMES up and down that lap pool!?~!~!?
Did you know that malts have around 532 calories in them!? Let's just say that's something you may want to eat only sparingly!.
Really watch your calorie intake!. Make sure you DO NOT go over 3000 calories a day!.!.!. it's actually easy to do believe it or not!. I'm not saying that eating a lot is a reason though!. Certain foods (like that malt) are SUPER fattening, while something such as an apple is only a few!.
Try writing down every thing you've eaten for the day so far!. Calculate the amount of calories you ate!. Keep writing down everything you ate and the new amount of calories you've eaten that day!.
DO NOT eat after you're full!. Eat slowly, and really chew each bite until it's soup!. Swallow, THEN pick up your fork again for another bite!. Trust me, this is important!.
Watch your portion sizes!!! It all comes back to calorie intake!

So, everything I've said is important!.!.!. make sure you do try this!. If you stick to this, losing twenty pounds before school starts will be SO easy!. You may lose even more weight!. And the thing is, after you lose the weight you want, keep to this anyway, or you'll just gain it all back!. This "diet plan" (if you want to call it that) will keep you centered at a healthy weight as long as you stick to it!.

You should eat more meals in smaller portions

Here is a diet plan:

-breakfast: 1/2 bowls of cereal or toast

-lunch:meat, or something else with not so many calories

-dinner: any fruit you want (exept banana)

if you get hungry between meals like a snack you can have a 90 calorie bar!. or again FRUIT-it's healthy!.

and ofc you should keep walking everyday but it whould be nice if you do some extra exercise!.
