you can get all of your daily protein allowance from just 16 almonds!. plus it's cheaper than protein shakes!. you should take protein even on the days you're not working out because your body's still repairing the damage from working out the day before!. just remember to drink at LEAST 8-10 8 oz!. glasses of water with it!. if you don't keep your kidneys flushed out, the protein will sit and harden in there and form kidney stones!. not fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Apparently the best times to take a protein shake are in the evening, at night or before/after a workout (i cant remember which)

So yes to that answer!.

But a can of tuna is probably better as it gives you 25 grams of protein!. I can buy a pack of 4 cans for 3 quid and it even gives me the amino acids for free :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
