Reductil 15mg and Xenicol?
Has any1 got any success stories from taking either of these two slimming aids?
I took Reductil 15mg for 2 weeks and did really well and exercised every day and cut out the crap, then I must have went into sum sort of mad notion and 1 chocolate digestive turned into the whole packet now im back to square 1. That was bout 8 weeks ago but im gonna give it another shot cos I surprised myself at my determination and success even though it was only 2 weeks.
Has any1 got any tips in how to keep motivated and not to fall of the bang wagon??All graciously received.Thnx!!

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !
