My goal is to gain 20 pounds in about 35-40 days!. I'm 16 years old and I have tried everything!. My biggest problem is staying dedicated!. I have a very busy schedule so it's hard for me to maintain a regular eating schedule!. However, I'm now willing to make sacrifices so that I can maintain that good eating schedule!. Please someone help me and give mme some solid advice!. I need things such as exact meals, times to eat, etc!. I lift for football regularly so I'm ok in that department!. Please, no smart *** answers!.

whats up mike (Read all)truth is what your asking for it close to impossible!. its basically impossible to gain 20 pounds of muscle under 40 days!. u be lucky to even gain 5 pounds a month!.unless u have Mesomorph body(u might be able to do it!.) type which is the ability to put on muscle in a hurry!. u can't do it!. !.!. even if u mcdonald's everyday!.!.it won't happen!. my best advice to u is to be dedicated and be consistent!. it takes while to see results most people give up after a while of no results if u can get past the slump!. u can gain weight in the long run!.!.if your serious about gaining weight quickly!.u probably won't gain 20 pounds but u might gain 10 pounds more or less!.!. fat or muscle!. drink a weight gainer 3 times a day with food or without!.(cytogainer is good)!. and whey protein shake at nite!.thats like 65 bucks rite there!. take in atleast 4,500 would recommend 5000 calories a day !. ur gunna have to make huge sacrifices becuz ur gunna have to eat small meals every 2-3 hours 7 meals through the day!.starting when u get up!.no exact time but u have to eat again within 3 hours!.!. u might not be able to go out much eating every 3 hours is a pain in the *** if ur easy!.!. plus it cost money alot money!.which u might not have a 16 i didn't!.!. eat food with protein such as chicken , fish, meat, read labels anything with good protein amount of protein eat it!.LIFT AS HEAVY AS U CAN I MEAN HEAVY THAT U CAN BARELY LIFT!.bench press dumbbells everything!.do 5 reps 4 times meaning 20 in all fro each ex cerise !.go on calorie king!.com look for foods with good protein!. good luck !. the truth is i doubt u be able to handle a week of this its really hard to do ( first days u feel bloated)!. especially since u got a tite schedule its takes time do this!. u have spend money alot money having to buy food for all day!.if you want more info email me ill help u out!. im tellin u again its really hard to do this!. so be sure u can make big sacrifices before u email me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cheesecake and cokes, and if you dont gain weight you will die from a sugar coma!. P!.s!. work out with weights muscle weighs more than fat!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
