Recreational Steroid use?!

Question: Recreational Steroid use!?
In some places in the world anabolic steroids are legal, and for awhile now I've thought more and more about the benefits of taking steroids!. I am about 6ft and 280 pounds, and i've been going to the gym for about 4 months now and I know plenty of people that have taken steroids and they say the fat literally falls off in weeks, with a lot of muscle mass gained!.

I'm aware most people don't recommend steroid use because of increased risk of heart disease, acne, hair loss, and the shrinkage of your testicles!. But taken in moderate use could steroids be beneficial for someone who's in need of losing a lot of weight!? Is it addictive!? Is there any permanent damage to my body once I'm off of it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, in clinical studies, you have to be at ELITE athelete level to really notice the difference between users and non-users, performance wise that is!. You have to do the same diet and training to get the benefits!. You could drown yourself in steroids but your muscles WILL NOT grow unless you work them!. So if you're working them anyway, why take steroids!?

Long term use can alter your brain chemistry and function, not to mention the number of people who suffer "roid rage" - anger, aggression, jealousy, irritability, impared judgement and delusions!.

Yes you can become addicted!.

The other common sides effects are: liver damage, jaundice, fluid retention!. Less common side effects are kidney and the shakes!. I'm assuming you're a dude, so you might reduce your number of swimmers to the point of infertility and increase your risk of prostate cancer!.

Even once you stop it can take a long time, if ever, for you to be cleared of risk for these side effects!.

You want to know what the most beneficial thing to spend money on to loose weight and gain muscle is!? A personal trainer or a class!. Pretty much NO ONE knows how to exercise properly AND achieve the results they want in the time they want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes some of them are addictive and do cause health problems so i wouldn't advise taking them but if you used them for a short period of time as a jump start to get off in the right direction towards weight loss and gaining muscle mass it might outweigh the risks!. As an example look at Arnold Schwarzenegger, he is known to have taken steroids but is still fine and doesn't suffer from any diseases brought on from his use of steroids, but if used too frequently or for too long they can cause those problems exponentially faster which is where it becomes risky!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not exactly sure that it loses weight, because most of the guys i know who are on steroids are obviously very muscular, but they actually gain weight, with some of it being fat; even guys on steroids have bulking phases and cutting phases, because you do still gain fat from the steroids!. There are also more side effects you need to consider!. You pointed out the physical ones; how about the mental ones!? How many times do you hear about guys on steroids killing people because they go insane!. Also, you said you were wondering if taken in moderation would be beneficial!. If you are considering to take in moderation, that means you would not get the full effect, and if that's the case, why not go for some legal supplements that will help in that field, such as creatine and protein!? Whey Protein will help in burning fat and helping muscle growth!. Creatine will also help in muscle growth and burning fat, because it will burn of fat as sources of energy for your muscles!. I am obviously against steroids, but by the way you described it, it sounds like you don't want the full form, and most guys take it because they want the full form!. If you don't want the full form, just go for legal supplements, and if you do want the full form, consider all the side effects, not just the physical ones!. I hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
