Question:

I'm so weak =(?

I can only curl up 50 lbs(bicep curls), I do 4 sets of 10-15 reps. Is that really bad, will I not grow significant muscle? How much do I need to curl to gain muscle?
I'm 5'7-5'8 and 140 lbs

it's actually pretty good if you're using 50lbs on each arm. If you using a bar that' s still okay I suggest just blowing them out with low weight and a lot of reps, this will help you get definiton and cut. then use a heavier weight with less reps to gain mass. A lot of lean protein and amino acids. make sure you use all muscles in your workout because just doing curls is a surfer workout.
