Question: I need to put on weight,!?
Okay, there's a wedding soon and i can fit in this beautiful dress, but i look WAY too skinny!. I need to put on some weight before September - any good suggestions apart from stuff urself with McDonalds!?!?!?

increase your starchy carb intake, rice, beans, lentils, pasta, potatoes and bread

Don't go for saturated fats as they are not good for you, but lots of nuts and seeds which have esssential fatty acids!.

What you can do, besides stuffing yourself with McDonalds is eat foods that are healthy for you but still have high fat!. We want you to gain weight, not get a stroke!. Foods such as rice!. Rice is pure carb and there are lots of different ways to eat it!.

Well, I don't think you should put on weight unless you have a healthy reason for it, because you may wind up making yourself sick!. But if it's healthier for you to put on weight, then read this article, it should be helpful :]

eat!. a lot of bread, thats what i had to do for my brothers wedding dress it works!. try getting italian bread from your local bakary!. drink a lot of milk, it has loads of calcium and it ftens up your tissue!. dont work out and drink a lot of milk and energy drinks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldnt even try to get more weight on! that stuff is hard to lose! u might want to gain some muscle or something, just do alot of cardio and a little weight training cuz u dont want to get fat on u and then not be able to get it off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

but not eating for 2-3 days will really slow down your metabolism

if u av a generally gud diet then just substitute some of the healthy groups for more fatty groups and within a few months you will put on weight, dont go overboard just slight changes to slowly put the weight onWww@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking sugary drinks like coke!.
