Is this an ok diet plan?!


Question: Is this an ok diet plan!?
oK i used to weight 270 now im at 164 but i em not satisfied just yet!. I want to weight 150 by august why because i have a date by then!.

1!.Is it true that if i burn more calories then what i eat can i loose weight fast!?

2!.What if i add muslce milk would it hurt me!?

breakfast:Fruit

Lunch:Chicken breast with veggies

Dinner:Salad

Total around 400 calories while i will burn around 800 calories a day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't you get hungry!?
I mean, whenever I workout, afterwards I feel sooo hungry!.!.!.
