Usually when I'm on the treadmill I bring a magazine and read it while I'm working out!. When I'm not reading it, I'm thinking of how I'm going to try to beat my record in a few days!.

When I'm dancing, I'm usually so caught up in it that I don't have time to think about random stuff, just trying to remember the next move!.

Honestly though when I'm on the treadmill, I have thought about so much stuff, let's see: ice cream, telephones, pumpkins (that was around Halloween), vacations, school, painting, horses, rotting onion plants (<I have NO idea why), houses, bowls, mice!.!.!.!.ok i could go on for hours!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually listen to music when exercising so the lyrics normally fill my head!.

However, there's evidence suggesting that if you think about the muscles you are working, they perform/work better than if you don't think about them!. Strange, but it's gotta be worth a shot ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I'm using the bag or lifting weights I like to think of my ex wife or someone else who's p!ssed me off!. The anger helps the intensity and focus!. When I'm running I just tune into the rhythm of my feet hitting the pavement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
