I go to cabo in late august i want to lose 20lbs help!?

what is the best way to lose 20 pounds in 2 months i have already lost 25 i got 20 to go before i am swimsuit ready give me some diet/exercise rountines please..thanks!

Completely cut out sweet and salty snacks. Absolutely no cookies, chips, ice cream, etc. These things are NOT needed.

If you want a sweet snack, try strawberries or other berries. They're in season right now, and a handful of those will satisfy your sweet tooth. If you want a salty snack, go for baked lays or peanuts. Even though peanuts do have fat, it's the "healthy fat" and a small handful is completely allowed in a diet.

Also, cut out sodas and alcohol. (not sure how old you are). If you have to have them, limit to 1 12oz soda a week.

And, NO fast food. Even the "healthy" fast food isn't really that healthy. If you DO get something, always ask for no mayo, no cheese, no bacon, no sauce. Get grilled chicken (no burgers or chicken nuggets). And, skip the fries.

Other than that, the usual: eat whole grains, veggies, fruits, fish, chicken, eggs, legumes, non-fat milk and lots of water. Water will really help you stay full.

Also, you're going to have to exercise. You can't spot treat fat loss, you have to just work the whole body and lose it all over. Try to do some intense cardio 3-4 times a week.

Also, weight lift. Use a low amount of weight, and do a lot of reps. This will give you nice, healthy, lean muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat, and it helps you look healthy and sexy and not anorexic.
