How many carbs, fat, and calories do you eat per day?!


Question: How many carbs, fat, and calories do you eat per day!?
i know that is such a generic question!. i am just wondering what fellow dieters are doing, so i can base my own diet off of that!. i'm a little lost !Www@Answer-Health@Com

I eat very low carb but do not count calories because I find that gets me "depressed" if I eat over a certain amount and really just a pain in the butt! Basically my diet consists of lean meats & lots of vegetables & fat (like olive, flaxseed, macadamia nut & fish oils!)

You need to eat a balanced diet!. There are three macro-nutrients that should be distributed as a percentage of your calorie intake as follows:
Proteins 15%
Carbohydrates: 55%
Fats: 30%
Amount of Saturated fats should be less than 10%
Transfats must be avoided completely

Calories needed is a function of your gender age height and weight body frame and activity level!.
As a rule of thumb you need minimum 10 calories per pound of your body weight at rest without any activity!.
Let us assume you weigh 150 pounds, you will need 1,500 calories per day to survive!.
In reality, You should add 30% extra calories for your basic activity level!. This wil make it 1,950 calories per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
