Question: Does any one know of a couple of healthy meals that i can start to eat im tyred of all the junk!!?
i only weigh 85 pounds/38 kg but i am sooooooo tyred of eating triple chocolate muffins donuts and stuff can some one please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are heaps and even if you want to stray a little bit and be unhealthy, there are subsitutes to keep eat resonably healthy!.

The healthiest meals you could possibly eat are your meats grilled with steamed veg but that gets boring very quick!.

Break it up during the week, Jacket potato with your choice of filling!. eg: Lamb with morrocan spices, lettuce, light sour cream, light cheese and tomato, be creative!.

Chicken stir fry: Chuck in your choice of noodles of rice, bok choy, a jar of sauce from the supermarket!.

Get a piece of fish, your choice of what kind!. then grill it or crumb it and lightly fry!. Have some wedges, salad or veg!. Thicker chips of wedges hold less fats and oils than shoestring!.

If you like seafood then a seafood salad is too easy and quick, chuck some calamari in a pan and then add in whatever salad ingredients that come to mind, cucumber, capsicum, avocado, tomato, croutons, red onion etc
