I am also 5'4 and have weighed 127 lbs before!. I personally felt I needed to lose weight!. I wasn't fat per se, but I looked doughy!. I feel best at 110 lbs!. It's really a personal choice as to how you want to look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you go by your BMI (body mass index), you are at a normal weight!. A normal weight usually falls between a BMI of 18!.5 and just under 25!. Your BMI is 21!.8!.
Overweight is designated as a BMI of 25 or greater, and obese as a BMI of 30 or greater!. (Underweight is 18!.5 or less)!. BMI isn't a perfect measure, but it should give you an idea of your weight relative to your height!.
