Question: What is the BEST weight loss program!?
Okay, i've heard this

Yes, definitely drink lots of water!. I usually have a glass of milk, and a glass of fruit juice every day, but I mostly drink water!. I workout Mon-Fri!. On Mon, Wed, and Friday, I do 30 min of cardio on my treadmill (you can do any type of cardio you like)!. After that I do 75 crunches (25 of three different types)followed by dumbbells and push ups( 3 reps of 10)!. I also do crunches on the days in between (Tues & Thurs)!. Cardio is the most important kind of exercise, because it exercises your heart, lungs, and it burns fat!. The other stuff just tones the muscles!. I started working out around new years, and so far I have lost 30lbs!. I went from a size 13 to a size 7!. I pretty much eat whatever I want, but in small portions ( not too much fat and sugar though)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you gained 20 pounds in the last year, that is a result of the eating/exercising habits of the past year, a weight loss program may make you lose weight, but if you stop once you are done and go back to your old habits, you will only gain the weight back!.

best solution: eat healthy, take up running/other cardio intensive sport and STICK WITH IT

my solution isn't to eat less than you burn, but to burn more than you eat!. If you eat less than need to you will always be hungry, if you exercise more you will burn off the excess weight and if you stick with it long enough, you'll get into decent shape!. ;)

i cant really recomend you a program but here are some tips:
~excersise at least 20 minutes a day to start with
~eat plenty of veggies :D
~eliminate soda and other sugary drinks
~try wasa crackers as a snack
~dont eat or drink anything that has high fructose corn syrup in th ingredients!
~stick to chicken and fish nothing fried
~choose turkey lunch meat over balonie and ham[i dont know how to spell balonie]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally, I believe one program will not work magic for everyone!. You need to find a program that fits your life style!.
I always have no problem working a program for 30 days, but after that nothing!. It just seemed to me that after the 30 days I quit losing weight & I'd give up!. So my thereory is to start a new program every 30 days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, since i don't have a job or go to school, i pig out every night with chips & coke or tim tams/royals/napolitanke or any other chocolate and eat with milk!.

I shove so much food in there, its lucky i have a fast metabolism so i dont get fat!. i feel good about this, especially when i see people who cant eat 200 calories over their daily limit or they'll blow up like a whale!.!.

EAt healthy!!!!!! 5 sensible smeall meals a day will keep your metablosim humming through out the day!. Then you need to watch serving sizes and make sure yoru getting fruits and veggies through out the day!. Do some cardio!! Running swimming, cycling, jump roping!. Any thing that gets your heart rate up!. Do this for 5-6 days a week and add some stregth training in there to tone your muscles while you lose the weight!.
