Peanut Butter and Apples?!

Question: Peanut Butter and Apples!?
I like to eat Jif peanut butter (16 g of fat and 2g of sugar per two tablespoons) with an apple cut into slices for a snack because it seems like a healthy snack, but is it really healthy!? I'm not really trying to lose a whole lot of weight, I'm one of those people who has pretty strong muscles but has that last layer of fat on them so that the muscles are only barely visible!. In other words, I'm trying to lose fat and build muscle at the same time!. So is this a good snack for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes, just try using light peanut butter instead of the reagular kind!. peanut butter has lots of protein(which helps to build muscle tissue) and "good" fats in it that is very healthy for you, so eat up its fine =]

oh and if you want to id also switch to a different, healthier kind of peanut butter instead of jif because jif has a bunch of sugar in itWww@Answer-Health@Com

apples are really good for you for fiber and peanut butter has beneficial fats/oil, however, try the lower calorie /lite peanut butter!. It really is pretty good!. Skippy and peter pan brands pretty good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yep =) sounds like you're doing great! and keep up with these kinds of snacks!.!.!.you'll get where you're headed in no time ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
