How can I tone my thighs?!
Question: How can I tone my thighs!?
I have gushy thighs and they're not large but they're just not nice looking!. Is there a particular exercise I can do to tone them and make them look more "in shape" !? Also, I need exercises for my upper arms and the ridiculous amount of flab that's on them!. My stomach needs work as well but I'm planning on doing crunches and leg lifts!. Will leg lifts help my thighs as well!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running segments do as well!.
Running segments are actually easier than running and more satisfying then walking!.
Run for 5-10 minutes (doesn't really matter it's your choice) then walk for the same amount of time you picked for running!.
Your thighs are "gushy" because there is fat on them that hasn't been able to burn off from whatever exercise you're doing probably from genetics or just because you're not doing the right exercises!. However, speeding up your heart pumps the blood in your body rapidly which causes it to raise your adreniline and also helps raise your matabolism which burns, both, burn off calories and fat!.
Jumping rope can also help and helps burn off fat in all place but can tire you out easly!.
Riding bike can also tone your legs, if you ride for great distances a week!.
This all helped me tone my body!.
