im exercising a whole lot and only eating fruits and veggies...not much of them either.
im honestly thinking its anywhere from 200-300 tops. i just dont know what to do...

Increase by 200 calories the first week, 400 the second week, and get up to your reccomended daily intake the third week. That is the best known effective way of getting out of starvation mode without gaining it all back by shocking your body. You may lose a few pounds in the process, but it will even out when you get your calories up to what is nesessary.
