Don't expect it to have an affect on your height or vertical growth rate!. It's up to your bones to take you up and protein will build more meat and/or fat than anything else!. However, because you are at such a young age, I'd advise against it!. If you don't use up those calories in your workouts, you're just going to get fatter and the likelihood of you putting yourself through those kinds of screaming presses is slim and if you do it could even be dangerous!. I'm a personal trainer by trade and i'd never put one of my pre-adolescent clients in such a workout program simply because the likelihood of injury is high!. That's not to mention that your body is still developing and intense workouts that fully utilize such powders could change that development for the worse!. Stick to the basics, eat plenty of beans and steak, those alone will get u stretch marks on your arms if you have discipline!.!.!. That's how i got mine ; ;

it will only be good for you!. the sticker is merely a disclaimer!. At your age you need all the protein you can get!. Through puberty it may, in fact, help you grow taller but i am not certain!. Anything you can do to get your hgh up though will help you to grow!. now is the time!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't drink it!. There are so many additives and junk in that stuff!. It could stunt ur growth!. Go for natural protein instead! Such as - eggs, milk, cheese, lean meat, chicken, tofu, beef etc!.
