Am I a binge eater???!


Question: Am I a binge eater!?!?!?
Well I'm not sure if I am!. Okay so now I eat alot and love it!. Whenever I eat I wanna finish it all so I keep on stuffing myself with it and eat until I'm bloated!. I don't like eating in front of people because I'm afraid what they'll think about my eating!. I hide food so I can eat it later when no ones around!. Also after eating a very big meal I feel guilty about eating it all so then I try exercising so I can burn calories!. I sometimes eat very big meals!. I probably eat about 4000 calories now!. I'm not active I just it all day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem, i hide a jar of peanut butter in my dresser! You will be ok, just exercise 3 times a week for a hour and make some of those snacks and hidden foods healthier!. If you eat things like tuna, peanut better, eggs, and chicken along with fruit and veggies and a bread then you will have a more settled meal that will fill you up!. hmmmmmmm!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i eat a lot but i eat cuz i feel like it and i don't get fat or anything!.!.!. depends on how old you are, cuz we teens have to eat :] but i don't really think you are!.!.!. but try eating the next time only half of a big meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try just eating until your full instead of as much as you want!. and try to eat lower calorie foods, low sodium, low carbs, etc!. Exercising helps but not much when you're not eating right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah you might have an eating disorder Binge Eating Disorder, i would get help by telling your G!.P or family because if you dont stop you will become very unhappy and overweight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

4000 calories is rle bad for ur health! a normal adult shud eat only 2000 calories a day and for kids, 1500 calories!. anything more than that will be stored as fat and start showing up in places like ur thighs and stomach and arms!. its normal for u to try and burn calories, alot of women try to burn off the extra calories they eat!. u might b a binge eater, but the best thing to do is try not to eat more than 2000 calories, and also run on a treadmill or around ur block for an hour!. it will make u feel great! and if ur rle lazy, invite some friends over, blast the music, and dance til ur feet fall off! dancing can help u lost alot of weight! or take ur friends and go on a walk around the block!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok this is a big problem you need to improve your metabolism and try not to eat junk that wont fill you up! The whole point of junk food is it doesnt fill you up so you will keep wanting more and keep? craving it! Eat things that will fill you up like yogurt and fruit! When you are hungry try to take your mind off it! Try to excerise more an join some sport teams! I think you might be a BInge eater but you can get over this! Try eating every 3 hours you should only eat around 1,000-2,000 calories a day! But dont feel bad many people have this!. Just follow my advice and you can get through this!
