How to gain weight (muscle) I'm 15 5'4 93 pounds?
Hello all. I would like to gain weight. I would at least try to get to 105 pounds. I do eat a lot daily. I eat veggies, fruits, and meat. I have a nice balanced meal. I heard muscle is heavier than fat so I want to know how I can build that muscle to get to my ideal weight. I would like a six pack too :P. I don't think I want to lift weights because it'll stunt my growth. Any answers are appriciated. Don't leave answers like YOUR SKINNY. or ANOREXIC. OR EAT MORE. :( They don't help.

What is the "right way" to lift weights then?! I'll try crunches, sit-ups, pull ups and push ups :P Anything else? KEEP THE ANSWERS ROLLINGG! :) Thanks

Just do push-ups & play some sports you'll gain muscle from that & it won't stunt your growth because its just natural movements Peace & God love
