How to lose 20 pounds and burn/flatten off my fat?!


Question: How to lose 20 pounds and burn/flatten off my fat!?
ok first of all dont start calling me fat because my good weight is like 4-5 pounds below i just WANT to lose 20 pounds and i really want to burn/flatten off my fat because the flab really looks weird and plus i regularly just want to lose the flab

how am i able to do this in about two months (thats when it's half my summer vacation) well more like two months and like 2-3 weeks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is no problem, you've given yourself more than enough time!. Find a workout routine that works for you for females crunches are great and light jogging for long miles as opposed to sprinting!. take it easy the first week let your body get used to the idea of a new workout routine but a HUGE part is also eat healthy!. most importantly eat breakfast and than do whatever excersizes work for you after the 2nd and 3rd weeks you should be doing double what you were the first and with healthy eating crunches and a decent cardio regement u should be lookin great in less than 2 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink alot of water!.!.!.
if you drink enough water a day it cleanes out your system and helps burn calories
and if you drink ice water your body has to warm it up before reaching the stomach so it burns calories just from doing that!.

when you wake up just do like 1 minute of as many situps you can do and same with push ups!.
same when you go to bed

try not to eat before you go to bed cuz all that excess fat and calories just sits there and turns into fat becuase your not burning it!.

and try to snack, like healthy snacks
apples and oranges and other fruits are good for you and if you eat small portions periodically throughout the day instead of 3 big meals itll also help
