healthy snacks - fruits and vegetables - baby carrots, celery sticks, dried fruits and granola bars. avoid chips, and fried foods, and also fast food. for cardio don't over work yourself, 30 mins - hour three days a weeks and lift weights too to tone the body. and don't tie yourself down with elipticals and treadmills, try some other forms of exercise - martial arts, dancing, biking, swimming... have fun and good luck...
