Hey there, so I went for a small jog today, It was 60 seconds jogging, and than 90 minutes walking, I did this for 20 minutes!. So I'm going to have some lunch soon, I was wondering, which one woudl be better!?

The poached chicken with steamed vegetables is the better choice!. Your body needs protein for long term energy; a salad will not have enough protein or calories for you body to function properly!.
