I need serious help in loosing weight?!


Question: I need serious help in loosing weight!?
I am 27 years old and I weigh 155 lbs I really want to loose atleast 10-15 lbs, I have stopped eating any ice-cream and I am now very concious in taking food I try not to eat anything after 7 pm!. Please tell me wil this routine help me!? It has been 10 days already but I havnt lost a pound!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure I want to know why you would like to weigh 140lbs!. As a man it's perplexing!. However my oppinions aside you should run or do anything active!. The goal is to expend more calories durring the course of the day than you take in!. Sprinting is also the best activity for loosing weight, as it allows your metabolism to stay in overdrive for days after the initial active event!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This routine may help if you stop taking any sugar at all, alongwith what you are doing now!. Also,keep on eating low calorie food!. Eat vegetarian with lots of green vegetables!. Bottlegourd's (Loki) juice burns fat!. Go on brisk walk daily!. Have fruits in breakfast, like papaya!. Eating less or fasting does not help in losing weight!.
