YES! but a diet is'nt FASTING!. Your "diet" consists of what you eat, at all, period!. Now if your going to switch up you food intake to healthy foods fruit, veggies, protine rich meat, fish with essintial amino acids then deffinetly YES to that!. But if your going to drink water and pop salt tablets for 15 days to shed 15 pounds i say no way!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is silly to diet for just 15 days, why don't you just eat healthier and exersize for now on!. Don't eat 500 calories for 15 days because you'll just gain weight, it will make you pack on extra pounds, because you'll just binge!. Yes its safe, but only if your doing it right!. DIeting is eating appropriate amounts of healthy foods spread out throughout the day!. For best results try working out at least 3 times a week too and do so before eating your meal!. By working out and waiting to eat until after, youll burn stored fat and keep the metabolism rolling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I say diet for the REST of your days!. Don't FAST though!. You'll end up GAINING weight!. Eat 6 small meals a day!. It will BOOST your energy and BURN more fat quicker!. ALSO, drink LOTS of water!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
