How much should I run and how fast should I run each day?

I just want to be fit. I am 11 by the way but I want to be fir for P.E.


Answers:

You want to start slow, and add a couple minutes a day. Work yourself up to ATLEAST 30 minutes a day and a little faster every day. If you can carry on a conversation, then you're doing OK. Be careful and have fun! :) -L
