Get skinny?!


Question: Get skinny!?
so i want to lose some butt/hip/tummy/THIGH fat; i'm 5'2'' and just weighed in at 117!.5!.!.!.i have bad will power as far as exercise goes, but how often and how long would i need to bike to see a difference!? what about running!? and what/how much should i eat!?

i've always been skinny till now so i guess i never really learned what to do!.!.!.please help!!?

Running is a great option and very effective but hard on your joints!. The rowing machine is the most effective out of the machines!. It all depends on how much effort you put in and how many times a week you do your routine, always change it up to keep yourself motivated and not lose focus!.

Sauna is a good option for aiding weight loss!.

Watch your portion sizes, I bought myself a little electronic scale and weighed my portion sizes in regards to the recommended portion, it's a good option to avoid over eating!.

A gym partner or partners are a great way of staying motivated, I have 3 or 4, which helps with my busy work schedule!.

im 1/2 an inch taller than you and the same dang weight!. youre not fat, youre slightly skinny/average!. if your skin is hanging off of you and you feel it's not toned enough, then do some toning exercises!. i don't know what biking can do for you to lose weight!. i think that makes you gain more muscle!. and im not sure about running, either!. i dont think you should worry about it!. youre at a good weight at your height!. youre healthy!. if youre worried about looking better, then just try to do ab crunches, side crunches, leg lifts, umm thingies where you are on your elbows and forearms holding your stomach & legs above the ground on your toes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i say that you dont really have to worry about seen as your only just over 100 pounds but if you really wanna loose weight then just watch what you eat and try to exercise regularly which will boost your motabolism
