Am I too fat for my age and height?!


Question: Am I too fat for my age and height!?
Im 13 years old and I am 5'9!. I weigh around 155-160 lbs!. My arms are somewhat skinny but my belly and thighs are big!. Is there also ways to shrink down those areas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably not!. But don't stop moving and exercising!. And just make good nutritional choices!. I do know from my experiences,if I choose!.!.!.say a grapefruit and a (free range) egg with for breakfast, apple for snack, chicken salad w/vin!. ev!.oil for lunch, and a sensible dinner , small snack in the eve!.!.!.I do feel and look thinner!. But start eating hoagies and Little Debbie's and guess what!? ps!. I love my exercise ball!. I always do my crunches on that about 30 a day!. It works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, how I see it is, you've been blessed with that gift of a woman's body!. Early!. I know, it sucks! I got mine around the age of eleven!. So, I know how you're feeling!. I wouldn't say you need to lose any weight, but just tone your muscles so they'll be strong!. Ways to do it, strength training would do good!. Sorry I'm not too much help here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 5'9 and have been around that weight before but im usually like 140!.
u cant spot reduce but do cardio 30-40 minutes 4 or 5 days a week and eat 1200-1400 cals a day!.
ull see a big difference and feel a lot better about urself!.

Well, I'm 13 about 5'0"!. I'm 96 lbs!. I've always been small!. At this point of our lives we're growing and it's not really anything to worry about at our age!. But if you're really worried about just keep active!. If you still think you're over-weight in high school!. Consult a counselor or some other adult about it and they'll know for sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to completely workout your body to lose fat effectively at your problem areas!.!.!.

2!. cardio and toning workouts 5 days a week

I am 5'8 and i weigh 150!.
You can't rely on BMI because they don't take into account your muscle and your bone density!.
I am a soccer player, so my belly is flat but my thighs are HUGE! lol

Actually according to your BMI (Body Mass Index) you are right were you need to be!. You are in the "normal" range for your height and weight!. You ar just fine the way you are :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

average weight is about 145 (if your a girl, like 5-10 more if your a guy) so if you want to lose like 10-15 lbs that may be good but you are not overweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um!.!.!.!. u may want to try and lose some weight but thats the way god wanted u to be at this age so just be happy with ur self it only matters whats on the inside!Www@Answer-Health@Com
