What types of food should I eat?!


Question: What types of food should I eat!?
I have quite some time, two months, to achieve losing five lbs!. So I'm thinking of eating watermelon and a protein bar in the car as I go to school for breakfast!. Then at school for lunch- I'm not sure what I should eat!? Nor dinner!. Please help! I'm totally clueless at this whole dieting!. And should I run 2 miles a day!? I used to do that, I could pick it up again!. Or other exercise tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The watermelon is a good idea but I'm not so sure that you should eat the protein bar!. You can lose five pounds even in a week if you stick to nothing but whole foods like fruits and vegetables and water!. If you want to eat cereal for breakfast eat ezechial 4:9 with raw skim milk and raw honey!. I eat those every morning and I can't get enough of the taste!. The good thing is, is that there are no colorings and no chemical flavorings!. If you want to you can add some bananas to the cereal!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I heard a good statement on talk-radio!. (This does happen occasionally!.)

It was simple: Only eat foods that make you stronger!.

And, I'll add, only engage in activities that make your body stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
